Since starting out in 1985, Harper contracting has made its reputation by participating on the toughest jobs in the heavy-highway industry in Utah. Most these project have short time schedules and challenging conditions to be completed. During all these years, we managed to complete our projects successfully and established a great relationship with owners and different government agencies in various states.

Along freeways in Utah, you can see our beautifull MSE Wall, Noise Walls (fabricated by our Harper Precast division and installed by our Contracting Division), to widening and reconstruction of roads in different areas. Our approach to each project is one of quality, constructability, best value to owners, on time completion and profitability for owners and companies involved.
