PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Putting together a project team and clarifying all owner expectations before the project starts.
Choosing pre-qualified subcontractors who commit to your project. Each subcontractor is put through an extensive verification process for licensing and insurance, trade references, bonding capacity, backlog information, safety performance and litigation. Finally evaluating the effectiveness of the design elements as they relate to the construction budget, time and project cost.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

  1. Complete preparation and verification meetings with  subcontractor to assure compliance and a commitment to the project requirements.

Create a detail schedule for the project, and then weekly maintain a 4-week-look-ahead schedule. Incorporation of  long lead items into our long term schedule and utilize our pre-task program to keep us and subcontractors on schedule.
Complete consideration of inspections, testing and documentation part of quality control. Our quality control supervisor will monitor subcontractor’s performance during the project by visiting job sites, and our superintendent will monitor their performance on a daily basis.
Finally by recording and posting daily reports and meeting minutes; provide access to regular project progress photos that can be viewed securely online.

POSTCONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Providing Walk Throughs of the project to define punch list items and complete all unfinished details in an timely manner.
Supplying copies of warranties, guarantees and lien releases.
Follow-ups and response time in regards to any outstanding project unresolved issues.
Providing as-built drawings that reflect project changes and or modifications to the original construction plan set for construction.
